Before you import
The workshop you choose must already have every participant’s completed Full/Upgraded Color Code profile—ONE imports nothing less, and refuses the whole workshop if any profile is not confirmed. Those assessments belong to the workshop you already ran, so using that workshop in ONE does not mean buying them again. If someone’s result is still on the basic assessment, that upgrade is purchased separately before the workshop can be imported.

Access your trainer trial
Sign in or create your ONE account using the same email you use for your Trainer Tools Dashboard. Trial access is available to approved certified trainers.

Choose your workshop
Select one workshop with up to 15 people. Confirm that everyone has a Full/Upgraded Color Code profile.

Send it to ONE
Open that workshop in your Trainer Tools Dashboard and use “Send this Workshop to ONE”. After a successful import, open Team X-Ray and explore your team.
Your 30-day trial begins with the successful import—not when you sign in.
